Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The way you start your day, determines how the rest of your day will look like. Look at the fruits on your counter, in your refrigerator or in your freezer and get creative. Maybe your bananas are getting a little brown or your strawberries are becoming soft. This is perfect for a morning smoothie. By using your ripe bananas and your soft strawberries instead of letting them go to waste, you are extending the lifecycle of your fruit and using it to your benefit.
This recipe will give you the energy you have been searching for using what you have in the kitchen.
