Claire Charriaud was born in France, and grew up in the United-States and South-East Asia. She was raised in the mountains and at sea and was passionate about fauna and flora at a young age. She decided to get involved in more grassroots initiatives around Montreal in her third year in university, which in turn lead her to SAVE VEG in her last semester.
Priscila Stuart was born and raised in Montreal. She learned cooking from her two grandmothers; respectively from Gaspesie and Iceland. Formerly from the corporate world as a Marketing & Visual Communications leader, she became an entrepreneur in the food & wellness industry last year. One part recipe developer, two parts educator, she aims to provide long term, sustainable nourishment by educating, inspiring and empowering people.
Margot Boyer was born and raised in France, where she first learned about food waste and the importance of being careful with the environment. Her travels around the world are key elements in the way her mentality around food was constructed. She moved to Canada for her bachelor’s degree where she developed a large interest for innovative solutions. She started her entrepreneurial journey at Concordia University.
